BR SITA Security Company is a legacy of a family's deep-rooted passion for security, spanning three generations. The story began with Hamisi Kahaya, a World War II veteran who served in the King's African Rifles (KAR). His dedication to service was passed on to his daughter, who became a military reservist, and his son-in-law, Mussa Kashoro an army reservist joined Police force.

Mussa started his career in the police force in the early 1980s. By the mid-1990s, he transitioned to the private security sector, working with leading companies like Group 4, Ultimate Security, and the US Embassy's security provider, USDS. Over his 40+ year career, Mussa rose from a security guard to the highest operational position a non-American could achieve at the US Embassy's USDS: Guard Force Commander.

Mussa's children continued the legacy with dedication and passion. His daughter joined the military, while one son pursued aviation security and co-founded BR SITA Security. Another son served as an Army reservist. Together, they founded BR SITA Security, combining their extensive experience to provide comprehensive security solutions.
